1. Commercial Rights & Output Ownership

You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all video and audio files rendered through your VidPulse account. You are permitted to monetize, broadcast, distribute, sell, and publish your generated content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, television, or client deliverables worldwide.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use VidPulse to generate defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, non-consensual deepfake, or unlawful content. Accounts found violating safety standards will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Credits & Subscription Billing

Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly in your account settings.

4. Refund Policy

If you encounter technical rendering failures or are unsatisfied within 7 days of subscribing (with fewer than 20 credits used), contact support for a full refund.
